New cement plant opened in Azerbaijan

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has opened a new cement plant in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The 800tpd cement plant by LLC Nakhchivan Cement will serve domestic requirements and some volumes could be sent to exports, local press reports.
