Holcim (Canada) sustainability efforts recognised by Ontario Chamber of Commerce

Holcim (Canada) Inc. has received a sustainability award from the Ontario Chamber of Commerce for all of its Ontario operations.

"Holcim Canada has a national partnership with Habitat for Humanity and our operations across the country contribute to the local initiatives of its various chapters," Holcim spokesperson, Nishat Ahmed, told local press.

"We take very seriously our commitment to the triple bottom line — people, plant, prosperity — which is an integral part of our business strategy,” Ahmed added. (Source: Northumberland Today)
