HAZEMAG & EPR wins three new MEA cement contracts

Materials processing and crushing specialists HAZEMAG & EPR has received a trio of orders in the Middle East and Africa during the third quarter of this year.

El Arish's new production line in Egypt
In September 2014 HAZEMAG & EPR received an order from the Chinese plant manufacturer CDI for the delivery of components for the precrushing of cement raw material and gypsum for El Arish's new line in Egypt.

The new delivery comprises a HPI 2000 impact crusher for crushing 1900tph of limestone to 90 per cent <75mm in combination with an upstream HRS 500 roller screen, a roll crusher HRC 1500 for 500tph of clay with a feed moisture of up to 20 per cent and a product fineness of 90 per cent < 70mm as well as an AP-PMG 1313 impact crusher for gypsum with an output rate of 120tph with a product of 90 per cent <40mm. Delivery is scheduled for summer 2015.

Also last month, the French cement plant manufacturer Fives FCB charged HAZEMAG & EPR with the supply of components for precrushing cement raw material and gypsum for Qatar National Cement Co's new line.

The order comprises a HAF 1700 apron feeder, a two-rotor impact crusher AP-CM 2022 for a throughput rate of 1000tph at a fineness of <25mm as well as an impact crusher AP-PMG 1310 for 70tph of gypsum. Delivery is scheduled to take place between January 2015 to April 2015.

Lafarge Mbeya, Tanzania
In August 2014, HAZEMAG & EPR received an order from Chinese plant manufacturer TCDRI for the delivery of a HCS 1100 sizer for the Lafarge factory Mbeya in Tanzania. The sizer is designed for 120tph of pozzolana with a maximum moisture content of 20 per cent and a product fineness of 95 per cent <40mm. Delivery is scheduled for February 2015.
