India: Shree wins approval for new Aurangabad plant

India's Bihar state cabinet sanctioned its approval on 21 November 2014 for the construction of a INR3370m (US$54.5m) cement plant in the Aurangabad district of Bihar, planned by Shree Cement.

The proposed works will have a production capacity of 2Mta and include a 12MW biomass-based captive power plant.
