Paraguay: cement price spikes 20%

In the past few weeks the price for a bag of cement in Paraguay has spiked to PYG56,000 from PYG45,000, up 20 per cent. The price rise has been attributed to technical issues with the kiln of Industria Nacional del Cemento and is expected to fall once the have been resolved.
