The Syrian army succeeded in reclaiming a cement factory in the southern countryside of Aleppo city on Tuesday, and is now purging the terrorists from the surrounding areas of the factory, reports Fars news agency.

The Syrian army is boosting the cement factory's security in a bid to block any attempt by the terrorists to launch fresh attacks from al-Sheikh Saeed region, according to the report.

The Jeish al-Fatah terrorists acknowledged that they had lost a major portion of the cement factory in the southern Aleppo countryside. The Syrian army has recaptured vast areas in the southern countryside, Jeish al-Fatah terrorists confirmed.
