Al-Jouf Cement - Cement Plant Manager

Al-Jouf Cement is a producer of Portland cement, regular and sulphate resistant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia currently recruiting a Cement Plant Manager for its plant near Turaif.

We are looking for an English speaking manager with 10 to 20 years’ experience to fulfill the following requirements:

• Solid knowledge latest cement production technologies and modern maintenance technology Good understanding of organization, succession planning, optimization
• Skilled planner and well organized
• Able to detect weaknesses and plant changes through procedures, system, IT, etc.
• Excellent communicator to convince the team about the need to change unproductive procedures
• Improve safety and maintenance practices
• Provides leadership and direction to achieve all targets

Skills and qualifications:

• University/college degree (BSc. or MSc.) in Engineering (preferably Process, Chemical, Mining or Mechanical)
• Prior experience with increasingly responsible positions within the cement industry; minimum of 10 years’ experience required
• Excellent organizational skills and good people skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
