&lt;p&gt;RE the Ghost of Mary Nour--those of us who have conducted business overseas have, occaisonally, bumped into these &amp;quot;cultural differences&amp;quot; (as we put it). &amp;nbsp;Good to see that someone with a large audience reminds us that these things continue even today. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
