We intend to purchase 75,000 tons of Portland cement directly from one of the manufacturers or wholesalers. I would be grateful if you could provide me with your best price FOB and if possible CIF. Commodity should be shipped to Lybian Ports . The specifications of the cement should much with the followings:
1. Packed in 3 or 4 ply paper bags.
2. Each bag should contain 50 kgs.
3. Portland cement type 42.5 for ordinary constructional purposes.
4. Quantity required is 75,000 tons
5. Shipment to be made monthly. Each ship should contain 12,500 tons.
6. Destination is Northern African Countries.
7. Starting date of delivery is scheduled for August 2008.
8. Payment to Seller will be made through our Bank in USA .
9. Revolving Letter of Credit will be established in the favor of Seller’s bank.
10. Payment will be made when shipping documents are confirmed and delivered to our bank.
11. Price is required in CIF /FOB
