can we convert a FLS SLC kiln 5000 tpd to a ILC one?

If yes how?

 At present we are having separate PH for kiln & PC & TA goes to PC.

Actually we are facing problem of high fall through the TA duct near PC pit.

Can anybody suggest to make the fall through nil.

TA duct velocity is around 23-25 m/s.

Fuel 80 % petcoke & 20 % indian caol.

Litre weight 1100-1200
