Holcim Canada and Van Houtte Coffee Services Inc, a subsidiary of Keurig Canada Inc, have introduced a new service to recover the energy content of used K-Cup® packs from institutional and commercial clients of Van Houtte Coffee Services Inc for use at Holcim's Joliette cement plant. Holcim suspends Joliette investment

Holcim said it would suspend its CAD250m (US$225m) investment to expand capacity at its Joliette works in Canada given the potential economic uncertainty caused by the new Port-Daniel-Gascons cement works in Gaspésie, Québec, local press have reported.
