USA: concerns over plant location near school

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) has raised concerns over the location of a cement plant in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, as is it situated across from a school. It is reported that dozens of mixing trucks pull into the site every day, stirring dust into the air. The worry is that dust particles and chemicals being used may be detrimental to the health of students at a school.
