A barge loaded with clinker has been severely damaged in the middle at the wharf of a cement factory owned by PT Cemindo Gemilang located in Bayah district, Lebak regency, Banten, Indonesia. Indonesian cement plants to burn medical waste

Indonesia’s Environment and Forestry Ministry has asked four cement plants to burn untreated medical waste. In early April the ministry requested PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, PT Holcim Indonesia, PT Semen Padang and PT Cemindo Gemilang to burn the waste within six months. Cemengal completes contract for Cemindo Gemilang

Cemengal of Spain has completed an engineering and supply contract for Indonesian cement producer Cemindo Gemilang. The contract, signed on 22 July 2016, was for three cement grinding units. In a reference letter dated 26 April 2017 and posted on Cemengal’s website, Anang Adji Sunoto, project and operation director of Cemindo Gemilang, wrote: "This engineering and supply contract was performed within due time, quality, budge and safety requirements."
