Sibirsky Cement's cement production falls in 9M18

Russia’s Sibirsky Cement has seen a minor fall in cement production from its three plants in the 9M18, slipping to 2.507Mt from 2.516Mt in the year-ago period. The company’s Topkinsky facility recorded a flat YoY result of around 1.7Mt, while Krasnoyarsky increased its production by three per cent to 268,100t. Production at the Russian cement company Sibirsky Cement fell 17 per cent YoY to 3.169Mt in 2016, said the company in a statement. The company attributed to declining sales to contracting domestic demand. Sibirsky expects demand for cement to fall 8-10 per cent to 4.7-4.8Mt in 2017. Sibirsky unit receives clearance to increase Iskitimtsement stake

Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service has allowed Sibirsky Cement unit Topkinsky Cement to increase its stake in Iskitimtsement to 49.9 per cent from 24.97 per cent, Sibirsky Cement said in a statement on Tuesday. In April 2012, Sibirsky Cement acquired a 10 per cent stake in Iskitimsement. It then approached the Russian competition watchdog for permission to buy the remaining 90 per cent stake which was denied.  In December the holding raised its stake in Iskitimsement to 24.87 per cent.

Russia's Sibirskiy Cement produced nearly 3.9Mt of cement in the first 10 months of 2014, the company reported. Sibirsky Cement anticipates 2015 sales decline

Russian concrete producer Sibirsky Cement expects its sales to decrease by per cent YoY in 2015, First Vice President Gennady Rasskazov told reporters. “We are making budget plans for next year, but I think that it (sales) will stand at 4-4.1Mt,” Rasskazov said. In 2014, sales are expected to remain flat from the previous year and stand at around 4.3Mt, he said.

Russia’s Sibirsky Cement increased its sales by 6% to 3.561Mt in the first 10 months of 2012, the company said in a press release. The company’s production rose by 5.5% to 3.543Mt in Jan-Oct 2012. Based in the Kemorovo Region, Sibirsky Cement operates three works and commands an annual production capacity of around 5.3Mta.

Sibirsky Cement increased cement output 5.3 per cent YoY to 3.148Mt in the nine months to September 2012, the company said in a statement. Sibirsky Cement 2011 net profit almost doubles, Russia

Sibirsky Cement’s net profit almost doubled to RUB1.4bn (US$42.9m) in 2011 from around RUB700m in 2010, as calculated in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on Thursday. Revenue increased by 42 per cent on the year to RUB12bn in 2011, while gross profit rose 52% to RUB6.9bn. EBITDA amounted to RUB3.03bn although no comparison was provided.

Sibirsky Cement has reported an 11 per cent YoY rise in output for the six months to June 2012 to 1.78Mt, the company said in a statement. The cement producer operates three  plants.
