MDG Handling Solutions (MDG) has been awarded participation in the Spirit project of HeidelbergCement, which is being carried out at the Leimen and Schelklingen cement plants, Germany. MDG will create a clinker stocking area and a train loading system in Schelklingen, and this clinker will be transport by train to Leimen . In a new agreement Cargotec and JCE Invest AB have established a new joint venture, Bruks Siwertell Group (BSG), specialised in dry bulk handling. BSG will own Siwertell AB, which was previously part of Kalmar Business Area within Cargotec, and BRUKS Holding AB, previously part of JCE Group. Schade has carried out an order for the Brazilian cement producer Ciplan Cimento Planalto S/A at its 1.6Mta Sobradinho plant which is due to start up later this year.
