Cement dispatches in Colombia increased to 1.131Mt in September 2020, up 4.9 per cent from 1.078Mt in September 2019, according to DANE, the national statistics office. Cemex Latam Holdings announced that its consolidated net sales declined by eight per cent in 3Q20 and EBITDA improved by 19 per cent compared to 3Q19. Cement dispatches in Colombia slipped 4.3 per cent to 1.052Mt in August 2020 from 1.099Mt in August 2019, according to the country’s statistics office, DANE. Cemex España has requested the authorisation of the Financial Superintendency of Colombia (SFC) to begin a public offering of every ordinary and outstanding share of Cemex Latam registered in the National Register of Securities and Issuers of Colombia and the Colombian Securities Exchange. Cement dispatches in Colombia fell 1.8 per cent YoY to 1.093Mt in July 2020 from 1.113Mt in July 2019, according to the country’s statistics office, DANE.
