Davenport’s AF boost

02 December 2024

Summit Materials recently inaugurated the expanded recycling facility at its Davenport cement plant in Buffalo, Iowa, USA. Thanks to the project, the US cement producer will be able to reduce its fossil fuel use by ~45,359tpa (50,000stpa), saving fuel costs and lowering CO2 emissions, resulting in more sustainable cement operations. by Muriel Bal, ICR Research, UK
