Co-processing in cement kilns offers a proven, scalable solution to eliminate non-recyclable plastic waste addressing the urgent problem of legacy plastics and microplastic pollution. As negotiations on the Global Plastics Treaty face delays, it is increasingly urgent to recognise this climate-positive approach as part of the solution to end plastic pollution worldwide.
