Holcim is selling its 74.1 per cent stake in Holcim Nouvelle Calédonie, which operates a 0.2Mta grinding centre, to Tokuyama Corporation of Japan. That company will then be renamed Tokuyama Nouvelle Calédonie and the existing management will remain in charge.
