Cemex - September 2015

Cemex has agreed a 25-year supply agreement with the Suez group for the supply of up to 240,000t of solid recovered fuel for its Rugby cement works. Suez has just opened a plant on land leased from Rugby that will supply over 80 per cent of the recovered fuel, with the remainder coming from a Suez’ plant near Birmingham.

Cemex USA has agreed the sale of its gypsum supply division to US. LBM Holdings. That business operates out of 16 locations in Florida and one in Alabama and is not material in group terms.
