During the first nine months of the year, Cemex cement shipments eased by 1.6 per cent to 51.31Mt, while ready-mixed concrete deliveries edged ahead by 0.1 per cent to 38.66Mm² and aggregates shipments by 0.2 per cent to 110.42Mt.
