PPC - December 2017
It has been an eventful December for PPC so far. It started the month with three potential bidders but looks set to end it with none. The first to walk away was CRH. The Irish building materials giant made an undisclosed cash bid for PPC in November but has now decided to drop its interest in the company despite being given time for due diligence and the opportunity to submit an updated bid.
