Anhui Conch - February 2018
Anhui Conch is seeking funding to the tune of US$500m to help realise its plans to build a new cement plant in Russia. In 2016 the company signed a joint venture with Ulyanovsk Oblast Development Group to construct a 5000tpd cement works in the Terengulsky district of the Ulyanovsk region. Construction of the plant was due to begin in 1Q18 with the facility due for completion in late 2020-early 2021.
