Semen Indonesia - July 2018
June saw Semen Indonesia sell 1,571,763t of cement, down 13.7 per cent YoY, according to figures from the Indonesia Cement Association. Its Vietnamese subsidiary, Than Long Cement Company (TLCC), added a further 215,928t taking the group’s total sales for the month to 1,787,692t, a decline of 10.3 per cent YoY. Semen Indonesia’s domestic sales during the month contracted by 16.7 per cent to 1,283,695t while exports advanced by 2.8 per cent to 287,798t. Meanwhile, TLCC’s domestic sales fell 22.2 per cent YoY to 133,487t while its exports jumped 100 per cent to 82,442t.
