I'd like to specify that we got direct sellers mandate  so we are able to propose competitive price ( there are not long broker-chains) and we are looking for a long-term buisiness cooperation with serious partner.

My buyer needs OPC 42,5 R(BS 12:1996 OR ASTM C-150) Cement.

Shipment 12,500 m/t(shipment) monthly, 10 shipments

Vessels size By minimum sizeof shipment 12,500 MT

Port CIF Dubai, UAE

Packaging In 1.5MT jumbopoly sling

No China Product.

Most importantly they needcement SAMPLE for their goverment approval. So, without sample, my buyer do notsign any contract..
