Would you provide anykind of contact information? Or additional cement requests like origin.... Cement from Turkey costs about 62 usd now FOB Izmir, transportation would be around 20 usd, because Libia is close. But if you don't want cement from Turkey transportation costs at least will be higher. My email: avtomatik@ hotmail.com

To be brief.
If you want to buy Cement from Direct plant, you have to pay them 7 days in advance by wire transfer, No LC or BG
That is why it exist some trading compant that do work with the plant directlt and resell the cement by Letter of credit and they assume the risk of payment delay.
