SPCIFICATIONS WILL FOLLOW YOUR ENQUIRY
MAIN POINTS IN THE PROCEDURE
- Buyer send us valid LOI including bank details and permission to conduct a SOFT BANK PROBE (we will send you a form that the supplier will accept)
NOTICE: Valid LOI is only the one issued by the company that will issue the Credit Letter. LOI from brokers or old LOI or LOI without permission for a soft probe will be rejected.
- Seller will send Buyer SCO
FROM THIS MOMENT ON THE END BUYER WILL DEAL DIRCTLY WITH THE SUPPLIER. THEY CAN MEET PERSONALLY IF REQUIRED.
- The Buyer sends back SCO signed back for acceptance
- Seller issues the Agreement (Draft Contract) to the Buyer.
- Buyer amends, if necessary, signs, seals and stamps the Agreement and returns it to Seller for his signature, sealing and stamping.
- Seller issues to Buyer the pre- Proof of Product
- IMPORTANT: payment. Buyers Bank will issue in favour of Seller a Non Operative, Irrevocable, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (RDLC), PLUS a Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC)
- Seller’s bank will issue a 2% Performance Bond for the value of the monthly shipments and the Non Operative SBLC and/or RDLC becomes automatically operative.
- Seller’s bank will issue to Buyer’s bank the Proof of Product by SWIFT MT 799.
- Shipment commence and continue as per contract until the whole amount is delivered
