Need OPC 42.5 -2 100 000,00 mt year contract

for this moment we are urgently need OPC 42.5 in quantity 2 100 000 mt/ year contract with price 70 USD/MT including 2 usd comissions CIF POTY georgiya, Russia ,Libya,
Payment NON transferable RDLC for one month value - ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, (have to be in contract)
No SBLC,BG, transferable RDLC or Non transferable + BG (please don't waste our time)
please urgently reply to me if You accept this dela and i will forward to You ICPO with NCNDaA
Procedure is simple
ICPO + Soft Probe authorization
Draft Contract
Seller issue Affidavit signed by Seller and Bank
Buyer issue NON operative financial instrumentvia SWIFT
Seller issue POP and PB 2% via SWIFT
Buyers bank issue NON transferable RDLC for one month value to Seller's bank
Delivery (first shipment 12500 mt) (not trial)
Please only real Seller of Manufacture that can accept this procedure.

The grade is P.O42.5. The standard is
GB175-2007.
The package is 50kgs in 2 tons jumbo bags.
The best FOB price right now is $54/MT.
I am dealing with one order of 100,000MT to Dubai.
Here is the CNF quotation:
1. Middle East: CNF Dubai is $68/MT, CNF Abbas is $69/MT, CNF Um Qaser is $78/MT
2. Africa: CNF Mombasa: $75/MT, CNF Dares Salaam:$78/MT, CNF Luanda:
$95/MT, CNF Karbinda: $91/MT, CNF Douala: $90/MT
This price is for the quantity of 50000MT each shipment. This
quotation is valid in ten days.
