blockage cyclone1
dear all:
we have one kiln with preheate 5 stage and workat aplant 3500tpd based on polysius design with afive stage preheater and precalciner our problem isrepeated blockage in cyclone stage 1 and some for times dip pip cyclone. we have temperatures of gas in cyclone cy5: max:420 ,min: 370 , cy2:max:830, min :750,,cy1: max:1050,min 690 and meal tempearature cy1: max:990,min :830 and rpm id fan : 600-800 and SIO2:21-22 ,AL2O3: 4.7-5.2 ,FE2O3: 3.5-3.9 , cao:65-66.5 ,mgo: 2.5-3 , so3 : 0.3-0.9 and averageof Am : 1.39-1.42, ave of sm : 2.42-2.38 , ave of lsf : 94-95 and weigh litr : 1196-1270 , weigh free : 0.88-3.26
my question i want to know what the reasone exactly for this happen ?
