For the cement industry, we provide instruments for elemental (chemical) and compound (mineralogical) analysis of all materials in the cement process using X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Gamma Neutron techniques. Instrumentation ranges from handheld (legacy Niton products) over laboratory (legacy ARL products) to cross-belt analyzers (legacy Gamma-Metrics products). We provide units to analyze your raw mix, clinker, limestone and finished cement for elemental and phase composition and report the data to you and/or to a level 2 system. Phase analysis by XRD will optimize your raw mix and clinker and the XRF data allows you to control process parameters. Our analyzers are easily integrated in existing lab and plant automation systems.
Cement manufacturers also benefit from use of our bulk weighing and handling systems along with our great elemental analyzers. We offer reliable belt scales, weighbelt feeders, level indicators, speed sensors, speed switches, tilt sensors, protection switches, and integrated systems complete with smart, versatile digitizers and integrators. You can also take strengthen your process and results with our tramp metal detectors and elemental analyzers. The prompt gamma neutron activation analysis (PGNAA) and pulsed fast thermal neutron activation (PFTNA) elemental analyzers can help you achieve consistent raw material quality, boost efficiency, and lower production costs. As an added benefit, our Acculink software connects your PGNAA online analyzer and your lab XRF to closely monitor the online data.
