Peru: Votorantim to buy assets of Cementos Orotongo
Votorantim Cimentos has made an agreement with Concesur (Consorcio Cementero del Sur) to purchase the cement assets of Cementos Orotongo acquired by Votorantim in 2012 from Cimpor.
