Fiji: Holcim JV sells stake in Pacific Cement Ltd
South Pacific Cement, a joint venture between Holcim New Zealand and Fletcher Building Ltd, has sold its 47 per cent stake in Pacific Cement Ltd (PCL) to the Vinod Patel Group.
