China’s top cement producers
In this list of the top cement producers in China, ranked by their annual clinker capacity, the main consolidating forces such as CNBM and Anhui Conch inhabit much of the higher levels of the ranking. Their space on the market is only expected to grow, with the top 10 alone responsible for 68.5 per cent, or 1026Mta, of the 1497Mta clinker capacity of the top 100 producers. The total capacity of the top 100 is supplied by a mix of local and multinational producers, with the latter often positioned towards the summit of the list. In terms of domestic locations, capacity is distributed across the country with a focus on coastal provinces such as Shandong, Guangdong and Zhejiang.
