Dear Sir,

We encounter that our classified lining in 2nd chamber was not classified small grinding media?

How should we solved this problem?

If the mill is closed loop, it can happen that overfilling (too high recirculation) causes the classifying to fail.

May be there are too much small balls in your 2nd chamber?

There may be two possible reaasons for reverse classification,

1.Mill running at highere circulation factor than desired 2-2.5 for a closed circuit mill.

2.Mill classifying liner profiles were worn-out.

Best  practical way to classify balls is to run the mill without feed atleast one hour and then try to maintain circulation factor of 2-2.5.
