Blaine variation
We have three cement ball mills with feed rate 130 t/h for each one. The output of the three mills are going to the same silo. The approximate Blaine in the three mills are 3400, 3000, and 3150 cm2/gr respectively. Do you agree with me that this variation in the Blaine has a harmful effect on cement paste or concrete?

Whether this has a harmful effect depends on whether the product from each mill has different properties in paste or concrete. Most likely they will and therefore it will be harmful.
