Re: Heat energy consumption for white cement

Heat energy consumption for white cement generally varies between 1150 and 1300 kcal/kg clinker depending on the quality and operation parameters control by the plant.

Thanks..We are designing a new white cement plant in Ukraine and i need some information about heat energy consumption...Perhaps you have some official information about it (for example plants in Turkey, Slovakia, India, Denmark)..

Re: Heat energy consumption for white cement

Hi,

I have worked on 500 tpd white cement plant which was consuming 1300 kCal/kg clinker heat. But it was a long 4 pier kiln because it was converted from wet to dry. I am sure that for new kiln you can have better efficiency and 1200 kCal/kg clinker will be more realistic figure for feasibility. But for actual consumption, you ask the suppliers to guarantee the figure.

Regards,

Imran
