With a slope of 4% the angular degree of the slope is 2.29 degrees. The calculation is ATAN(0.04)*180/PI().

Dear,
If your kiln slope is 4% then you can calculate the its angle by trigonometric ration
as slope=tan @
@= inverse tan(0.04)
=2.29degree
