Experts please Could you help me with real matters :-

WHAT ARE THE PRACTICAL WAYS TO WEIGHT THE CLINKER OUT FROM THE COOLER TO DETECT LOSSES IN PRODUCTION ( MATERIALS / CLINKER BALLANCE ) WITH DRY PROCESS INLINE PRECALCINING AND GRATE COOLER , SIRS I NEED THAT HELP FROM YOU BECAUSE I FOUND SO MANY TROUBLES WITH OUT YOUR HELP .

Normally there is clinker conveying route out of the process to allow for diversion of off-specification clinker. The normal practice is to divert the clinker by this route into trucks and pass those trucks over a calibrated weighbridge for a number of hours. You will also need to do the same with the dust lost from the top of the preheater.
