WHAT SHOULD BE THE NOZZLE VELOCITY TO BE MAINTAINED FOR THE ABOVE?

Equipment suppliers must have mentioned in their manual;if not you can ask them.Optimun feed size (neither too big nor too small) and nozel velocity will have to evolved by apprpriate logging and monitoring of process & quality and out put data.Well, the Q. is qualitatively answered and not quantitatively.

In general for VRMs=70-80mm, The nozzle velocity can be calculated if you say your nozzle area. Let me Know the nozzle area of your mill
