Dear Elwathig,

Do you have any sulphur problem in the kiln feed or sulphur from coal.  what is your kiln feed So3.  Is there any coating in your preheater and if that falls this sort of pheomenon can happen.

we dont have sulphate in kiln feed (max ,1%) and in kilner ,21%

and we are using fuel oil without sulphate

actualy no coating in preheater , just material collapse is there

(finematerial droping)

dear sir but TA air tem about 710 that mean secondary tem is ok? but not recorded in our kiln due to no sensor avialable, and what about material collapse in preheater?
