We produce White Cement. I do not see any reason why SO3 content should be so unstable. Based on experience every customer of white (with no difference how big he is)  - is very imprtant. If you are not satisfied they cannot cover themselves with a compliance to the standard. Push! This is only the way!

We are trying...but they do not accept that anything is wrong with their white cement.

As per the local standard, they claim the sulpfur content is within 3.5, as are the other parameters. Since the market is closed in imports due to some government restrictions on import of cement, they are running a virtual monopoly.

How do I prove that their cement is defective?

The fineness also varies a lot so does setting time...form 80-85 to 90-95 (Initial) and 120 -135 final...is that normal?

setting time is varying (initial ) from 45 to 95
