GCT water spray compressed air quantity required & bag filter compressed air required
How can i calculate the amount of air required with corresponding pressure for a satisfactory operation of GCT down to a gas temp of 120 degree at GCT outlet.What should be the pressure diffrence between air & water for optimum operation ? Where should be loaction of measurement of pressure of both ?
Is there is any formula with clinker production ?
How can i calculate the amount of compressed air required with corresponding pressure for the operation of a pulse jet bag filter ?
Please send me aworked example of cement industry.

This will be a question of developing a mass and energy balance around the GCT. With regard to the compressed air requirements you will have to make reference to the GCT supplier’s manuals.
