can you please send me any calculation sheet prepared in excel or mathcad to my Id taking 3 to 4 residue analysis as I dont have any particle size analyser in our plant

The attached zip file contains a tiny Tromp curve calculation.
Note that to estimate the bypass, you need data for fine meshes.
This picture shows how a Tromp curve and circulating load are calculated:

You can also dowload this other file: variant.
This variant shows two possible solutions to calculate the Tromp curve. If the data are perfectly consistent, the two solutions are identical. Otherwise, the real Tromp curve should be in-between the two curves shown in the variant file. Depending on the precisions of the different data, the actual curve can probably be closer to one or the other curve shown.
