ball mill liners

i have two coal mills during shutdown i checked the liners step height in individual rows. it is coming around 95-100 mm for all 5 rings of step liners.

should i replace them with new liners or not?

what is the minimum height & max. height of steps is permissible for satisfactory operation of mill?

 the waves depth is around 30mm for the liners.
