Dear Wahid,

As you are mentioning heavy coating at inet. This seems to be the main cause of kiln rush. You can take help from QC regarding slight increase in SR and same time increase AM to break the rings at inlet till problem finishes. You can adjust flame of main burner. Try to shorten the flame with your burner settings keeping in view remaining shell T. And if you have any external fan near the coating area then on/off them with approx half hour interval to give slight thermal shock to coating. Once coating ring is out, your kiln will be stable again.

Hope this will help you.

Have a nice day.

EngrS.

Too high temperature of hotmeal can also cause problems.
