RSP: High Calcination degree

Dears...

We have RSP pre-calciner that produces >94% calcination degree, which is thought to be quite high. Does anyone have RSP? Is it typical calcination degree for RSP? MC (mixing chamber) outlet temperature is 855 - 860 oC, how can we decrease calcination degree?

Dear Sir !

I'm study influence of highe pressure raw mix on properties of Portland cement & find, that highe pressure decrease on 10-12 % energy consumption on  decarbonization and increase  calcination degree. But I making it only in laboratory condition. I think in manufacturing condition making it will be very difficult.

No sir!

I told about such pressing  http://www.koeppern.com/en_kompakt_set.htm of raw mix & crashing briquette up to dust before calcination.
