GCT Wet bottom problem

Dear Experts,

                 Our kiln is polysius dopol PH with GCT after PH fan. We are facing wet bottom problems frequently. Kindly advise from your experience.

re GCT Wet bottom problem

wet bottom problem mostly occured due to controlling preheater high temp so for this we increse water spray. first try check ur spray nozzles function and adjust it in such away to make like thin film water formation. also for making temp low concentrate on top cyclone temp and controll it.
