re HURRICLON® cyclone

There are vortex formation in normal cyclone ( inner and outer vortex). Outer vortex is geenrally formed near out part of dip tubes and forms extra turbulance inside cyclone and creates extra pressure drop across cyclone.It is easy to put some pipes/ rod and break the vortex, which will reduce pressure drop.

The length of dip tubes in Hurriclone is longer enough to noram cyclone.

Can you explain the theory or calculation formula of less pressure drop in Hurriclone???

No dought about efficiency..
