Coating in the calcinert

Dear Friends,

Ours is a recently started 5000TPD kiln with in line calciner. We are facing one problem of coating developemnt in the calciner slope below on of the burner. Calciner has 2 nos of burners. Swirl direction in the calciner is from right to left. So below the left side burner coating is developing due to dripping of oil as during stoppage we have found black coating and smoke coming from the coating pieces. We tried to increase the oil pressure after the stoppage but still the situation is same.Kindly share your valuable experience to come over this problem.
