DEAR ALL

I WANT TO REDUCE MY VRM MAIN MOTOR LOAD FOR THE SAME OUTPUT .

PLEASE SUGGEST ME SOME WAYS TO REDUCE ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF VRM.

MINE IS A ATOX 42.5 , WITH TABLE LOAD OF 1850 KW & 1800 KW ON FAN .

I AM OPERATING IT AT 210 TPH RAW MEAL.

MY INLET TEMP IS 170-180 DEG, OUTLET 85-90 DEG,

MILL DP INCLUDING SEPR 90 MBAR.

WATER SPRAY ON TABLE IS 4-5 M3/HR .

CAN I DO SOMETHING WITH THE DAM RING HEIGHT OR GRINDING PRESSURE OR SOMRTHING ELSE.

MY PRESENT GRINDING PRESSURE IS 90-95 BAR.

PLEASE DO SUGGEST.

Dear Sidhant

If your VRM has a cyclone battery, if know you to reduce the power consumption alt least of the VRM Main fan.

In that case you could install either a complete new HURRICLON cyclone or even just the HURRIVANE as dip tube add on.

With HURRIVANE you could save 30 % of pressure rop accross your cclones.
